At TN Sweden, we are looking for a motivated and curious Working Student: Sales Coordinator, to join our team in Stockholm.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain industry exposure and hands-on experience during the 12-month contract at Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop dashboards and reporting tools for operational business impact, which can be shared with sellers and/or clients.
  • Gather and analyze information, and develop and communicate recommendations.
  • Drive cross-functional projects with Sales, Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, and Product teams.
  • Support the Swedish and Norwegian Sales team with ad-hoc operational tasks, such as one-off analyses, client presentations, creation of insights.
Requirements:
  1. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and spreadsheet skills (MS Excel or Google Sheets).
  2. Social media know-how, mobile apps, and/or digital/mobile marketing.
  3. Ability to rapidly run ad hoc reports and organize output effectively in spreadsheets and presentations.
  4. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and someone who feels comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
  6. Ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Detail-oriented person who has a high sense of urgency and good organizational/project managing skills.
  8. Someone who is self-directed and proactive.
