About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Ab Electrolux. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our Electrical Retail sales professionals in Finland.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate customer, product, and price data, as well as contact information. You will also be responsible for extracting BI/SAP data for Key Accounts on sell-in and sell-out and creating monthly overviews.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will update and pull statistics in sales supporting systems, maintain specific pricelists and range files, handle customer master data, and project lead in securing finalized contracts and completeness of Customer Contracts.

You will work closely with KAMs and the sales force in the Nordic region and coordinate Campaign activities and administer general mailings to customers. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure the success of our sales team.
