We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Commercial Team. In this role, you will support our Business Development Managers by managing back-office sales tasks, handling customer inquiries, and optimizing sales processes.
This position is ideal for a motivated team player seeking to build a career in sales and business development within a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming leads and distribute them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist BDMs in managing the sales pipeline by updating and maintaining CRM records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone, providing information and directing them to appropriate resources.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to ensure timely customer engagement.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to identify opportunities and generate leads.
- Assist in closing smaller sales deals and renewals in collaboration with the BDMs.
- Support cross-selling and upselling efforts by identifying customer needs and matching them with product solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive sales tasks and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement tools and processes that increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales performance and forecast reports for the Commercial Team.
- Analyze customer data to uncover insights that drive sales strategy.
- Act as a liaison between the inside sales function and other departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Client Support (CXP).
