Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities
  • Qualify Incoming Leads: Evaluate incoming leads and direct them to the appropriate team members for optimal handling.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) in updating and maintaining CRM records to ensure seamless sales pipeline management.
  • Customer Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or phone, providing accurate information and directing them to relevant resources.
RequirementsEssential Skills
  • Strong Understanding of Sales Principles: Demonstrated expertise in sales principles, passion for driving customer success, and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM Tools: Proficiency in using CRM tools, automation platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Figma.
