We are seeking a User Research Analyst to become part of our UX research team located in our studio. In this role, you will harness your enthusiasm for user research and player psychology to assist stakeholders in comprehending their audience and crafting top-tier marketing materials. You will have the chance to work on our flagship title, collaborating closely with various departments, including user acquisition, advertising, analytics, product marketing, and game development teams.

In this pivotal role, your responsibility as a User Research Analyst is to promote a player-first approach by advocating for the user and representing the player's voice. Your contributions will enable teams to grasp the essentials of effective creative strategies and inform decisions that facilitate the marketing of world-class mobile games.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze competitive trends and assist in formulating creative strategies that resonate with the target audience while identifying new opportunities in the advertising landscape. Collaborate closely with user acquisition creative teams to recommend and execute various research initiatives, utilizing findings to guide creative direction. Identify psychological and cognitive factors that enhance the effectiveness of mobile marketing campaigns. Explore, assess, and suggest new research techniques, technologies, methodologies, and process enhancements. Actively influence and prioritize recommendations based on findings for creative teams, game developers, and studio management. Deliver clear, actionable insights to product and marketing teams. Advocate for research findings to stakeholders through comprehensive reports and presentations, including to executive leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a research role within a business context. Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in cognitive sciences, human-computer interaction (HCI), psychology, advertising, or a related field. A strong passion for user research and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends. In-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for cognitive science, advertising, and mobile gaming, with an understanding of the player demographic. Experience in a research capacity within an artistic or advertising environment, preferably utilizing user-centric methodologies. Extensive expertise in research design and qualitative and quantitative methods applied in a business setting. Proven ability to translate insights into actionable improvements. Demonstrated experience in enhancing organizational research methods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including partnerships with business intelligence and data science professionals. A proactive and independent mindset with the ability to identify research opportunities and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight. Strong influencing skills with a desire to advance key insights to company stakeholders.

Interview Process:
