About this Opportunity:

Cavotec seeks a skilled Sales Engineer to lead our sales efforts in the Nordic region. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and achieving set targets.

Main Objectives:

To establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region.To generate new business leads through proactive engagement and targeted marketing efforts.To provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.To contribute to the development of the annual business plan, aligning with company objectives.To identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities to drive business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.At least 2 years of experience in sales engineering or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.Commercial acumen, with experience in negotiations and deal closure.Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and implement effective plans.
