Sales and Merchandising Professional

Sales and Merchandising Professionals are essential to the success of TN Sweden's In & Post Season Inventory Management value stream. As a Business Expert, you will work closely with two product teams to develop and implement AI technologies that drive business value.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet end-user needs, both in digital and retail channels, and bring value to the business. This involves working closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, UX designers, stakeholders, and end-users to pinpoint and prioritize wanted effects for the products.
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between sales and tech, identifying improvement needs and potentials, and finding business opportunities that contribute to exceeding user expectations. You will also be involved in change management, ensuring that new features are well-received by end-users and driving engagement and motivation among them.
