As a Global Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success by developing and executing strategic plans to win and maintain large global accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at global telecom companies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed their expectations.
- You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for nominated global accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of the customer's business and industry needs.
- You will build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and internal representatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- You will assess customer and market trends to provide timely and accurate revenue forecasting, driving accelerated revenue growth by identifying potential markets for new and existing products and services.
