Lead Accounting Professional Role

Our goal at TN Sweden is to create a better tomorrow by maximizing value through financial excellence. As a senior accountant, you will play a key role in achieving this vision.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Partnerships: Collaborate with local finance and operations teams to drive change, add value, and maintain commercial awareness.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement efficiency initiatives in processes and procedures to improve overall performance.
- Financial Systems Management: Manage and maintain financial systems, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
- Statutory Requirements: Comply with local statutory financial requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial statements.
- GAAP Knowledge: Apply strong knowledge of Swedish GAAP K3 and familiarity with US GAAP requirements.
- Audit Coordination: Serve as the main contact for internal and external auditors, agreeing on audit plans and ensuring any audit points are addressed.
- Reconciliations: Maintain accurate reconciliations between US GAAP and Local GAAP.
- Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with taxation and transfer pricing is highly desirable.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
