Account Management and Renewal Leadership

The Renewal Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Negotiating renewal contracts and developing win-win negotiation strategies.
- Maintaining an understanding of ServiceNow licensing models and providing guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- IDentifying customer needs and developing targeted account plans to drive renewal success.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
