We are seeking a Senior HR Professional to join our team in Europe North. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and driving the people agenda to deliver results.
Main Responsibilities:- Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
- Lead the annual HR talent management cycle relating to talent and performance management, compensation management, and leadership development.
- Develop and implement initiatives to drive performance and accelerate business growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing and leading organizational change, strategic HR management, and key leadership principles such as customer obsession, ownership, learn and be curious, earn trust, and bias for action.
A strong-solutions focus and ability to work in a high-volume workload environment are essential.
