The Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Initiating and driving new business acquisitions through strategic account management and exceptional service
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with major Enterprise clients to ensure their needs are met and they're satisfied with TRUESEC AB's services
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Gaining a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and cybersecurity needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling TRUESEC AB's products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs
  • Monitoring and reporting on account performance, client satisfaction, and market trends
  • Preparing and presenting regular account reviews and reports to both clients and TRUESEC AB's management
Your Potential Background

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of proven success as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, ideally within the cybersecurity sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster strong connections with clients and stakeholders
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude, with experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • A track record of building and maintaining long-term, trusted client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Hubspot) and skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Business-level fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Swedish and English
