At Stegra, we're building an impact company with sustainability at its core. As the Cybersecurity Strategist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our digital and operational technology (OT) environments.

About Us:

We're on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. Our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in northern Sweden is currently under construction and will produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually by 2030. However, this is just the beginning – our expertise in green hydrogen will enable us to decarbonize other industries in addition to steel.

You'll oversee the implementation of security requirements and capabilities across our digital and OT environments. This includes creating directives, performing threat modeling and risk assessments, defining architectural guidelines, and supporting mitigation efforts. You'll also be responsible for building internal security competence through training and leadership, ensuring our teams have the skills needed to maintain robust security measures.
