At Hemnet, we are looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Strategist to take the lead in protecting our systems and data. As an expert in information security, you will have the opportunity to drive the future of our company's cybersecurity strategy.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies, policies, and guidelines that align with industry best practices
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats
  3. Lead and drive security-related projects and initiatives to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data
  4. Act as an advisor and expert on information security for the organization, providing guidance and support to teams
  5. Manage security incidents and vulnerabilities, ensuring timely response and resolution
  6. Monitor and improve our security systems and processes to stay ahead of emerging threats

Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in information security, specifically in setting strategies and policies in a tech company
  2. Degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or another relevant education
  3. Knowledge of security standards and frameworks, e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, Cybersecurity Framework, and GDPR
  4. Experience working with or knowledge in incident management, vulnerability management, and risk assessment
  5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Experience in leading and driving projects
