**Job Description**

We're looking for a fluent Nordic language & English speaker to enable success in managing key accounts as a driver in this role. This position is based in Solna, with regular travel to accounts and business meetings.

You will have full responsibility working with all categories, Sports & Lifestyle, with some of our Strategic & Category Specialty accounts, as well as important regional partners.

We need an experienced leader with a strategic mindset, vision, and purpose. You'll build strong long-term sustainable partnerships internally and externally with the account you'll be managing. Strong experience in developing other leaders is essential, as you'll inherit a team of 3 Senior Managers with an average team size of 4 per Senior Manager.

You'll support to activate brand strategies & manage assigned categories/product segment together with the marketing team, driving and increasing brand visibility and sell out both in store and online. Digital/omni knowledge and experience is preferred, as you will be building both channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and expanding services for the accounts to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Tracking key performance metrics and KPIs for accounts, regularly reviewing progress against targets and implementing actions as needed

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 5+ years of retail experience in a sales/key account management role
  • Current/previous experience of managing leaders
  • Fluent in Danish & English
  • Strategic thinking and planning: Ability to build and execute short-, mid-, and long-term Strategic Account Plans. Grow orderbook build and maximize Sell Out.
  • Commercial metrics/data skills: Proficiency in sales, margin, inventory management & KPI tracking.
  • Systems & Software: Experience with SAP, Sales Tools, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.
