Vi söker en erfaren och driven Business Manager som vill vara med och skapa träffsäkra matchningar mellan kandidater och företag/organisationer. Som Business Manager på Adecco kommer du att vara ansvarig för att intervjua kandidater för kommande uppdrag hos våra befintliga och nya kunder.
Uppdragets Innehåll- Intervjuera kandidater för att hitta de bästa matchningarna för våra kunders behov.
- Ha personalansvar för de konsulter som du ansvarar för och se till att de har de rätta verktygen för att lyckas i sina uppdrag.
- Försäljning är en naturlig del av din vardag, där du bygger starka relationer med våra kunder och konsulter.
- Tidigare erfarenhet inom konsultbranschen eller liknande.
- En stark passion för att bygga förtroendeingivande relationer och en förmåga att förstå både kundens och konsultens önskemål.
- Ansvarstagande, strukturerad och kan fatta snabba beslut när det krävs.
- Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska och innehar B-körkort.
- En varierad och utmanande roll med möjlighet att utvecklas och växa som ledare.
- En positiv och dynamisk arbetsmiljö med ett fantastiskt team som delar din passion för att skapa träffsäkra matchningar.
