TePe Munhygienprodukter is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Business Partner to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Business Partner, you will play a key role in leading and driving our BI initiatives, leveraging Qlik Sense as our primary tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Lead BI Initiatives**: Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and implement strategies that strengthen and achieve our business goals.
  • **Project Management**: Oversee projects from requirement gathering to delivery and implementation of BI solutions.
  • **Stakeholder Management**: Ensure that our BI solutions meet the needs of our stakeholders and optimize both new and existing solutions.
  • **Data Governance**: Oversee and coordinate work with external BI consultants.
  • **Data Optimization**: Optimize data warehouses and data lakes to ensure correct and efficient data access for users.
  • **Requirements Gathering**: Collect and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and ensure that deliveries support business goals.
  • **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to colleagues on the use of BI tools.
  • **Data Analysis**: Analyze data and create reports to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • **BI Development**: Identify and implement new BI needs within the organization.
  • **Technology Evaluation**: Evaluate and recommend future BI technologies that support business development and growth.
Requirements
  • **Minimum 5 years of experience** in a similar role.
  • **Proven experience** in stakeholder management.
  • **Documented experience** with BI tools, preferably Qlik Sense.
  • **In-depth knowledge** of data governance and data quality.
  • **Experience** with data warehouse and data lake technologies.
  • **Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills**.
  • **Strong communication and presentation skills**.
  • **Fluency in Swedish and English**, additional language skills are a plus.
