About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team at Huvudkontor. As a key member of our Commercial Project Management department, you will be responsible for the successful execution of commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Oversee commercial projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
  2. Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
  3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  4. Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring project success.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular project updates, financial reports, and analysis to stakeholders.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in commercial project management, business development, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Tools and Technology: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management tools and software.
