About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Power Generation team at Aggreko. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering Power Generation solutions onshore and offshore.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver Power Generation solutions to meet customer requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  3. Assist in the development of energy-efficient applications and promote environmentally friendly solutions.
  4. Work with suppliers to improve quality, cost, and delivery.
  5. Act as a single point of contact for project stakeholders and manage project expectations.
  6. Ensure all project modifications and new designs are correctly documented.
  7. Plan and execute project work, communicating progress to key stakeholders.
  8. Adhere to quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  1. Proficiency in Project Management, ideally in the offshore industry and Norsoc certified.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge in Power Generation, Load Banks, Transformers, Electrical Distribution, and Protection Systems.
  3. Operational and commissioning experience with LV/HV systems, isolation techniques, switching plans, and protection calculations.
  4. Proficiency in design programs, such as AUTOCAD, and Microsoft Office.
  5. Strong commercial and interpersonal acumen, with ability to work independently.
  6. Fluency in Norwegian and English, with a driving license (category B).
  7. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, short-cycle environment, with approximately 25% field activity across Scandinavia.
