We are seeking a highly experienced Business Consultant, Principal to join our team at Infor. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with customers to implement our CloudSuite Food & Beverage solutions and industry-standard processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business process walk-throughs to determine client process and data needs.
  • Design solutions to align client business needs with standard CloudSuite application capabilities.
  • Work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Build/configure solutions based on design, using iterations of prototypes, and testing to validate the solution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for applications to support Project Managers, technical resources, and other project team members.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' project experience implementing Infor M3 or similar ERP software.
  • Experience in implementing business systems from sales phase to project completion.
  • Business process knowledge within Supply Chain.
  • Ability to communicate in speech and writing in both English and Swedish.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer-facing consulting experience.
  • Reliability and deadline-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational skills & time management skills.
  • Experience of implementing Infor CloudSuite or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with BI and combination with Infor's CloudSuite.
