Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP IS-U consultant to join our Customer Metering & Settlement Solutions team. As a functional consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise to ensure stable and reliable solutions are designed, developed, implemented, and maintained. Your contributions will play a crucial role in meeting business needs and quality assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate and maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
- Monitor system activities on a daily basis to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Handle and resolve incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Create functional/technical design of error corrections, small assignments, and projects to meet business needs.
- Ensure implemented changes are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies/guidelines.
- Coordinate changes and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration.
- Strong communicative skills and a creative, analytical mindset.
- Master of Swedish and English in both spoken and written formats.
- Experience with SAP IS-U and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to proactively coach and support colleagues to drive growth and development.
- Familiarity with methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and ITIL.
