About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and self-driven Business Development Controller to join our Finance Team in our Nordic HQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with all Nordic Markets, supporting the Nordic business by preparing and analyzing business reports as well as collecting and presenting relevant data to provide a clear and accurate view of business performance and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze business reports to provide insights into business performance and market trends.
  • Collect and present relevant data to support business decisions.
  • Support the Controlling Manager and the CFO in financial analysis and in the preparation of detailed reports.
  • Manage prices and conduct price simulations to evaluate the impact of price changes on profit margins and market competitiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Business or Economics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, preferably in a Headquartered function or international company.
  • Accounting and Controlling skills.
  • IFRS principles knowledge.
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in a Nordic language is a merit.
