Job OverviewThis Inside Sales Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will support Business Development Managers (BDMs) in managing back-office sales tasks, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.
Main Responsibilities- Qualify Incoming Leads: Assess incoming leads and distribute them to the appropriate team members to optimize handling.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Collaborate with BDMs to update and maintain CRM records, ensuring efficient sales pipeline management.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify customer needs and match them with product solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 Years of Experience: Previous experience in sales or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
