About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Paradox Interactive. As a key member of our Publishing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies for our management games.
As a leader and driver of a specific franchise, you will set strategic direction and collaborate closely with our first- and third-party studios to achieve the company's overall growth targets and key performance indicators. This involves analyzing market trends and working together with cross-functional teams to reach them.
In addition, you will actively seek and explore new business opportunities to foster revenue growth for the franchise(s). Your experience as a team lead or manager will help you work effectively with experts from various Publishing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies for a specific franchise of management games
- Set strategic direction and collaborate with studios to achieve company-wide growth targets
- Actively seek and explore new business opportunities to foster revenue growth
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
Requirements:
- Senior experience in gaming product management and business development, or at least 5+ years of experience within product development, marketing, or production
- Solid understanding of business management
- Holistic understanding of marketing and brand planning
- Passion for management games
- Experience as a team lead or manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal
