Regional Sales Expert

The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading technical sales initiatives in Denmark and Norway within overground construction.

Our ambition is to be the leading partner in shaping infrastructure that is safe, smart, and environmentally friendly. As a key role in this process, you will drive sales and profit expansion by managing prospects and leads for construction projects.

About the Role:

  • Grow business by managing prospects and leads for construction projects, prioritizing based on size and sales potential.
  • Lead the sales process from needs analysis to deal closure, including price setting and negotiation.
  • Develop comprehensive market insights, understanding customers, products, applications, and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective lead and customer management.
  • Support industry improvement initiatives and contribute to new product development.
  • Deliver presentations and maintain CRM records accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have a solid understanding of technical principles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with budget management experience.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Willingness to travel.
