Construction Supervisor

The Specialist Group is looking for a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. As the primary point of contact between clients, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you will oversee project goals, deliverables, and performance metrics.

1. Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
2. Monitor contractor performance and address delays or deviations from the project scope.
3. Maintain clear and transparent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.

A successful Construction Supervisor at The Specialist Group must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in budgeting and financial management. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Finnish or Swedish is a strong advantage.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing EPC projects, preferably in industrial or energy-related construction.
• Previous experience with pilot plants, renewable energy, or graphite/chemical production projects is a strong advantage.
