Role Overview
The Sales Development Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Sales and Marketing departments through lead generation. This includes qualifying inbound and outbound leads via phone, social selling, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels.
- Qualify leads and create opportunities for Regional Sales Executives.
- Report to an SDR Manager who values coaching and autonomy.
- Owning territory as if running a business.
- Build strong relationships with sales and marketing teams through clear communication.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics.
About You
- Curious and trustworthy team player.
- 1-3 years' experience with customer service, inbound and outbound tele sales, and market development activities.
- Native in English and Swedish or Danish.
- Resilient and confident in overcoming objections and rejections.
- Knowledge of social media tools and social selling.
