Strategic Deal Maker

In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing all acquisitions and divestitures within Essity globally. Your key responsibilities will include developing and driving the M&A strategy, collaborating closely with the Business Units, and reporting directly to the CFO.
You will engage with BU Leadership teams and other senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure that group M&A activities align with the overall corporate strategy. You will oversee acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring they meet appropriate standards and that risks are well understood. Additionally, you will work closely with internal experts in legal, tax, technical, environmental, and other relevant areas to ensure seamless execution.
This role encompasses steering a company with significant global operations, including EUR 13 billion in revenue and a workforce of around 36,000.
