">Job Description
">The Sales Executive will consistently meet or exceed their monthly sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams, growing in a mindset continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes, and industry, and being a team player providing ideas, feedback, and support to their direct peers.
">Requirements
">The ideal candidate should have proven experience in outbound sales, 1-3 years of experience, strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting, experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms highly desirable), passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities, the ability to generate their own leads from the ground up, great communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency, proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
">What We Offer
">We offer a fixed salary with uncapped commission, a year split into two HY1 & HY2: Two chances to hit target, and a 10% bonus when achieving 110% of your HY quota. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-growing environment, continuous training, and support.
