What We Offer
As a Sales Development Executive at SAP, you'll have the opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, focused on driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with Regional Sales Executives to create new qualified opportunities, leveraging your excellent communication and relationship-building skills to qualify and convert leads into opportunities.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and event support.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, conversations of value, etc.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service, inbound and outbound tele-sales, and market development activities.
- Native-level fluency in English and Swedish or Danish.
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply, negotiate effectively, and solve problems creatively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
