We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager in Stockholm to join our mission. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our customer success strategy, working closely with our Sales, Support, and Engineering teams.

About the Role

You'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving deep product adoption and delivering measurable value through the Waitwhile platform. Your expertise will enable customers to overcome business challenges and unlock new revenue streams.

Critical responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and challenges.

  • Developing tailored solutions to address customer needs and drive revenue expansion.

  • Providing expert guidance on the Waitwhile platform to maximize customer value.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product implementations and drive technical success.

  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Customer Success team.
