We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer Consultant to join our Nordics wind team in our Department for Project Development and Project Engineering. As a Senior Engineer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients in the planning and development of wind farm concepts and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in wind project technical due diligences, discussing and resolving technical issues with project developers and lenders/investors.
  • Provide clients with technical support related to planning and developing wind farm concepts and projects.
  • Manage complex, technical projects from inception through to completion.
  • Participate in business development activities, building relationships and managing interfaces with clients.
  • Lead and support the preparation of proposals.
  • Conduct site visits and construction monitoring activities, sometimes abroad.
  • Mentor and guide juniors.

Requirements
  • MSc degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g. mechanical, electrical, industrial, civil engineering).
  • Several years of experience in due diligence work, preferably on wind turbine projects, onshore and/or offshore.
  • Knowledge of wind project development and construction.
  • Strong project Management skills, good organizational and effective time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of the Swedish or Finnish wind power industry.
  • Advanced Swedish/Finnish and English skills (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to produce clear written reports in English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to wind farm sites, conferences, clients, and internal meetings.
