About the role
Vattenfall is seeking a skilled Renewables Strategist to join our team in Hamburg or Stockholm. As a Renewables Strategist, you will be responsible for originating new business in renewable energy markets, identifying deal opportunities, and structuring complex transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Originate new business in renewable energy markets
- Identify deal opportunities, with a focus on mid and long-term Renewable Energy Solutions
- Negotiate and structure complex transactions with external parties
- Support and work on large M&A Transactions and Divestment Cases
- Build and maintain relationships in the German and/or Nordic energy market
- Lead the deal process from beginning to end, including liaison with all internal stakeholders
About the team
You will be part of the Business Area Markets team, which maximizes the value of Vattenfall's portfolio by optimizing and dispatching, hedging, and sourcing for Vattenfall's assets and customers.
