Requirements:
  • Strong background in MarTech, including e-mail and performance marketing communication.
  • Proficiency in one or several CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Previous experience leading a team.
  • Strong technical capabilities and strategic thinking.
  • Experience working with continuous delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders.
  • Strong process and data competence with an understanding of business value.
