About the Role

The Commercial Head CGM SE position is responsible for driving top-line growth and revenue target achievement for Eversense in Sweden. This role involves focused account management, providing leadership to Clinical Trainers CGM, Marketing/Coordinator, and other roles reporting directly into the Commercial Head CGM position.

  • Develop and implement Eversense specific market commercial strategies, plans, forecasts, and Profit/Loss statements in line with corporate growth and profit goals.
  • Steer Sales Force activities to drive the Eversense business, ensuring active user base growth and patient retention.
  • Ensure profitability objectives and long-term market growth for ADC CGM products and services in close partnership with ADC Country Managing Director and the CGM EU Commercial Lead.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma or med-tech industry, preferably within the field of diabetes.
  • Proven experience with tenders and influencing/lobbying.
  • An analytical mindset capable of long-term planning.
  • Good presentational skills and fluent in oral and written Swedish and English.
  • A university or college degree in health care related subjects and/or business administration.
