We are seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the role of Sales Representative for our Neurovascular division in the Sweden territory.

About the Job:

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's world-class Neurovascular product portfolio across the Swedish market. This includes building relationships with key opinion leaders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will receive comprehensive training on Stryker's Neurovascular product portfolio.
  2. You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy tailored to the Swedish market.
  3. You will implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales targets, including prospecting new customers, negotiating deals, and maintaining market trend knowledge.
  4. You will provide expert advice, training, and support to healthcare professionals on Stryker's Neurovascular products, while attending interventions and offering in-theatre assistance when required.
  5. You will liaise with various departments to ensure seamless product availability, delivery dates, and inventory management.
  6. You will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to expand your network and stay updated on industry developments.

About You:

  • You possess sales experience, preferably within (neuro) interventional radiology and/or medical devices.
  • You have proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • You hold a diploma/degree in a related field such as radiography, healthcare, or business administration.
  • You hold a valid driver's license and are committed to traveling within the territory as needed.
  • You excel in communication skills and team spirit.
