Electronic Components Sales Director

Arrow Electronics is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our electronic components distribution business in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing offices in Sweden and supporting the sales team in adopting a new go-to-market approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a strategy to re-brand the business while maintaining market share and leadership position in the market.
  2. Lead the team from the front, taking ownership and supporting employees as well as business objectives.
  3. Support and adopt a new go-to-market strategy and manage the team through this change effectively.
  4. Take full accountability for all sales KPIs for Sweden.
  5. Partner with other regional managers and leaders to share ideas and adopt solutions in the most effective way.

Requirements:

  1. Able to adapt style and approach to a new working environment.
  2. Challenge-driven, not afraid to take responsibility and operate successfully in a highly competitive and dynamic market.
  3. Dynamically agile, able to change approach and test new ways to achieve the best outcome.
  4. Good at prioritization and multitasking.
  5. Experience in electronic components distribution or the wider electronics market preferred.
