Sweden Sales Office Head

Arrow Electronics is seeking a talented and results-driven individual to fill the role of Regional Business Development Manager in Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Swedish market.
About the Role:
- You will develop and execute a strategy to increase sales revenue in Sweden.
- You will work closely with other regional managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- You will take ownership of all sales KPIs for Sweden and work to improve performance.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Swedish market.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales roles.
- Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in electronic components distribution or the wider electronics market preferred.
