About the Role:

  1. You will develop and execute a strategy to increase sales revenue in Sweden.
  2. You will work closely with other regional managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  3. You will take ownership of all sales KPIs for Sweden and work to improve performance.
  4. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Swedish market.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales roles.
  2. Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Experience in electronic components distribution or the wider electronics market preferred.
