Mergers and Acquisitions Expert

At Storytel, we're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our mergers and acquisitions efforts. As our new M&A manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and evaluating strategic investment opportunities, managing the entire transaction journey, and ensuring seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive M&A strategy aligned with our business goals
- Lead the due diligence process, negotiate deals, and ensure successful integration of acquired entities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize investment opportunities
- Provide expert advice on financial and strategic matters
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong Excel skills
