We are currently expanding our Operations team and are looking for a motivated Lead Implementation Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will engage directly with our clients, making your contributions significant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer engagement, oversee deployments, and lead integration projects.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and problem-solving for ongoing support inquiries.
  • Drive project initiatives and collaborate within Agile teams alongside clients.
  • Transform client requirements into comprehensive designs and solutions.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting expertise in Business Support Systems (BSS) and related third-party software to proactively minimize support requests.
  • Initiate new automation strategies to streamline service activation and ensure effective implementations.
  • Document installations and configuration modifications while sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant educational background in IT or a related field.
  • Experience in technical support or implementation projects.
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills with Oracle, PostgreSQL, T-SQL, and UNIX/Linux.
  • Familiarity with telecom software and various product domains, including Mediation, Interconnect Billing, Revenue Assurance, and Fraud Management.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, is essential.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with broadband and enterprise products.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and transaction-heavy applications.
  • Proficiency in log analysis and troubleshooting automated file flows.
  • Familiarity with Java or scripting languages is advantageous.
  • Experience with BIRT, Qlik, and APIs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenShift is beneficial.
