Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to lead our Guidewire cloud architecture efforts. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for anchoring engagement efforts, defining business processes, and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.

About the Role

In this role, you will be a key advisor to architecture and design reviews, anchoring business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Guidewire cloud architecture efforts, including solution design, development, and deployment.
  2. Anchoring engagement efforts, defining business processes, and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.
  3. Advise on architecture and design reviews, business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building.
  4. Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Requirements

  1. 12-15 years of IT experience and 7+ years of experience in leading and solutioning Guidewire platform implementations, both on-prem and cloud.
  2. Experience working in all Guidewire centers, including Policy, Billing, Claims, and Contact Centers.
  3. Working knowledge of GW Digital applications integration using Edge API, APD Tools, and strong understanding of GW Cloud Versions.
  4. Experience in solutioning implementations, including new implementations, application development, and maintenance, as well as technical migration/upgrade.
  5. Consulting and advisory skills to provide suggestions to customers on new projects/initiatives, areas for improvement, best practices, etc.
  6. Batch process, Guidewire Messaging framework, OOTB plugins, and working knowledge of GOSU script and GIT – Source Code management.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Git repository, Service now, and good communication skills with the ability to adapt to client implementations.
  2. Experience in project delivery methodologies, including Agile and SAFe.
  3. Swedish speaking.
