Job Title: Lead Consultant-Oracle EBS SCM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant-Oracle EBS SCM to join our team at ITL Sweden. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and architecting Oracle EBS SCM solutions and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions for enterprises across various tracks, including Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Services, and Finance.
  • Interact with customer process consultants and business SMEs to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze requirements for different areas, identify cross-functional impact, and provide optimal solutions to meet requirements.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership in conversations with customer teams and convince on solution options and decisions.
  • Coordinate with different tracks to drive an optimal solution and various project milestones from a solution perspective.
  • Ensure optimal design is delivered to the customer, and any issues are resolved.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities wherever applicable.
Requirements:
  • Good overall process knowledge in Sales, Manufacturing, Order Management, Purchasing, Distribution, Services, and Financials.
  • Sufficient experience in Oracle EBS modules of Distribution, Supply Chain, Services, and Financials.
  • Ability to analyze requirements from a cross-functional perspective and design optimal solutions.
  • End-to-end understanding of a company's processes.
  • Ability to lead different tracks to ensure completeness of solution activities for the project.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Ability to lead different teams towards a common objective.
