Your Role
As a Lead Consultant in Oracle EBS SCM, you will play a crucial role in implementing solutions and architectural designs while guiding project teams through processes and deliverables.

In this capacity, you will serve as a key advisor during architecture and design evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
- Integrate requirements across various domains such as Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Services, and Finance, ensuring a comprehensive design for the enterprise.
- Collaborate directly with customer process consultants and business subject matter experts to gather both business and technical specifications.

- Assess requirements across different sectors, identify cross-functional impacts, and deliver optimal solutions to meet end-to-end needs.
- Provide leadership in discussions with customer teams, advocating for solution options and decisions.

- Coordinate across different domains to drive optimal solutions and meet project milestones from a solution perspective.
- Ensure that the customer receives a well-designed solution and address any arising issues.
- Recommend enhancements and automation opportunities where applicable.

Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of processes in Sales, Manufacturing, Order Management, Purchasing, Distribution, Services, and Financials.
- Adequate experience with Oracle EBS modules related to Distribution, Supply Chain, Services, and Financials.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations within Oracle modules while incorporating diverse perspectives.

- Capability to analyze requirements from a cross-functional viewpoint and design effective solutions.
- Thorough understanding of a company's processes from end to end.
- Experience leading various teams to ensure all solution activities are completed for the project.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Process Optimization and Modernization through digital initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work in a global delivery environment.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams towards shared objectives.
