Join Our Team as a Senior Rewards Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rewards Consultant to join our team in Sweden. As a Senior Rewards Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering rewards consulting projects while providing exceptional services to our clients.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement reward strategies and policies that align with our clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct client interviews and engage with CxOs and CHROs to understand their organization's challenges and reward philosophy.
  • Prepare and present project outcomes to HR leadership and provide recommendations supported by change management and implementation plans.
  • Advising on compensation and benefits structures, conducting diagnostics of current and target reward models, and researching best market practices.

Requirements
  • Higher education in Management, Economics, HR, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience preferably in Compensation and Benefits, HR, and Rewards consulting.
  • Consultative client-facing experience in consulting firms with a focus on rewards consulting, compensation structures, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English and Swedish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
  • Effective time management and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
What Makes You Stand Out

  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodology.
