About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team in Sweden. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering projects, providing exceptional organization and people consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex HR consulting projects and offer strategic recommendations to address client issues.
  • Develop innovative job architecture through co-facilitating workshops and design sessions.
  • Conduct interviews with Top Executives and Senior Management to understand their organization's challenges and philosophy.
  • Prepare and co-present project outcomes to HR leadership and Country Heads, providing recommendations for successful adoption supported by change management and implementation plans.
  • Transform Workforce & People Strategy by conducting diagnosis of current and target models, researching best market practices, and co-facilitating client workshops to develop innovative strategies.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Management, Economics, HR, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience preferably in Compensation and Benefits, HR, and Organizational consulting.
  • Consultative client-facing experience in consulting firms with a focus on workforce and organization transformation, job architectures, and structures.
  • Excellent command of English and Swedish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, with the ability to manipulate and present data accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
  • Effective time management, with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality work.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, essential for both numerical and written work.
