Requirements:

  • Consultative client-facing experience in workforce and organization transformation, job architectures, and structures.
  • Excellent command of English and Swedish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
  • Effective time management, ability to manage multiple and changing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality work.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, essential for both numerical and written work.
