Leadership Opportunity:

Arrow Global Components is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our sales team in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, re-branding the company, and managing sales KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Manage sales teams and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
  3. Re-brand the company and maintain market share and leadership position in the market.
  4. Take full accountability for all sales KPIs for Sweden.
  5. Partner with other regional managers and leaders to share ideas and adopt solutions in the most effective way.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience in electronic components distribution or the wider electronics market preferred.
