Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Bang & Bonsomer in Malmö, Sweden. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Scandinavian accounts and developing business relationships with key customers in the coatings and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the coatings and construction industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of the coatings and construction industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
