About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Scandinavian team in Malmö, Göteborg, or Stockholm area (Sweden). As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new direct customer opportunities for business growth and expansion within your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and key partners.
  2. Execute sales strategy to achieve and exceed business targets together with Head of Sales.
  3. Contract negotiations and closing new business opportunities.
  4. Planning and contributing to regional sales and marketing content.
  5. Make data-driven decisions and regularly report on sales and business performance.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5+ years of direct sales experience in solution sales to SMEs to enterprises.
  2. Fluency in both English and Swedish.
  3. Proven ability to "hunt"/prospect for new sales opportunities as it relates to our business.
  4. Sold hardware/software solutions, especially within networking, IIOT, Cyber security, or solutions within the area of Automation, Building, Security or Utilities.
  5. Excel in target account selling and value-driven solution selling.
  6. Proven track record in achieving goals and targets, previous experience utilizing direct sales and key customers to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota.
  7. Experience in having conversations with "C"-level and excellent listening skills.
  8. Brave and confident with the ability to adapt in fast-growing and changing environments.
