
Sales Professional for Business Development

Epassi, a leading SaaS company in health benefits and wellness management, is seeking a skilled New Business Developer to join our sales team in Stockholm. As a dynamic and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving upselling through building strong, long-term relationships.
In this role, you will represent our innovative digital service that simplifies the management of wellness benefits and other health perks for companies and organizations. Your key responsibilities will include driving the entire sales process with new clients, including prospecting, scheduling meetings, conducting needs analysis, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and implementing our service with the client.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about B2B business development and customer relationships. You should have significant experience in engaging with people in various contexts and environments, as well as proficiency in systems and experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English is a must.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, skilled at building lasting relationships and attending to business opportunities. You will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and contribute to Epassi's continued growth and market presence.
